I adore Brene Brown. If you don't know her or her work, she is a lecturer, author of several amazingly informative and interesting books (Daring Greatly is my personal favorite), a US American professor, and also hosts a great podcast called Unlocking Us that I listen to all the time for inspiration and guidance. At the end of her interviews with various types of people from all walks of life, she asks a series of rapid-fire questions that I have always thought I would love to answer myself. Ask yourself these questions, along with your family and friends some time and you just might find yourself in a deep dive of great conversation, plus insight into yourself and each other...here are my answers...

#2. You're called to do something brave, but your fear is real and stuck in your throat, what is the first thing you do? My Answer: Pause and just breathe

#3. What is something that people often get wrong about you? My Answer: That I am an extrovert. Not true. All smoke & mirrors

#4. What's the last show that you binged and loved? My Answer: Grace & Frankie on Netflix...LOVED IT!!!
